Another new thing I am trying. Growing brine shrimp for betta and guppy food. A couple of questions have been asked as to what I fed the little buggers. I fed mine baby fish fry food for the first week, and then I mixed 1 teaspoon to 1 cup water organic sweet potato baby food. They did fine. I never fed them any yeast at all. I lost a bunch of the crop I was raising due to the constant motion the air pump was causing. After the shrimp are big enough to see clearly, turn the air off as they don't need it. After I did that, they flourished. |
